The hotel is conveniently located close to all attractions and most areas with no real issues. It is only a short distance away from the pier and within easy walking distance to the centre of Brighton. The room itself is warm, tidy, and offers a comfortable bed. the hotel provides budget-friendly prices, making it suitable for the budget traveler.
The hotel lacks finesse and the shower room is extremely small, making it difficult to wash comfortably.

The room had a comfortable bed, great view and a helpful host. Local area had good cafes and shops. Short walk to main attractions. Hassle-free check-in and check-out. Toiletries provided, free wifi, TV and tea/coffee facilities in the room. Clean and would book again.

This hotel is a great value for money, especially if you're on a tight budget. The room rates are cheap and it's a practical choice for a short stay. The location is reasonably quiet and the hotel is within easy walking distance of the city center and right by the sea, near to the Pier. The staff provide basic amenities like tea/coffee making facilities and a hairdryer, which are unexpected considering the cost of the room. The rooms are made over during your stay, a nice touch that shows attention to detail.
No frills stay, but all was perfectly fine.
